SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items are dispatched via UK Mail using a next day delivery service between 9am-5pm. If you are not present when the delivery is attempted, then a calling card will be left with details of how to rearrange the delivery. Failing this delivery is normally attempted on the next working day. We aim to have all standard goods delivered within 3-5 working days from when the order is placed.
Certain items that are printed such as posters, banners and headed aboards will not be dispatched until the artwork proof has been approved. For printed goods, the 3-5 day will begin from the artwork being signed off.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, please make sure it's noted on the courier's paperwork or notify us straight away. All damages must be reported to us, along with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your goods. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after this time.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You can contact us by email or telephone.
