Shipping and Handling

Shipping is by next day courier. This does not mean that the product is shipped the same day. Certain items that require customisation may take 3 to 5 days to complete.

Shipping prices shown on this site are for England, Wales, lower parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland only.  Since many of our products are heavy and of irregular shape, we work closely with our UK-based courier to achieve a careful and precise delivery service of your order.

However, if your order is of significant weight and/or has a non-UK delivery address, we often need to use specialist services to gain the best value and service for you (for example pallet / speed / timed, etc.). Due to the transient nature of freight rates for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and International, please contact us for advice & prices. If your delivery destination attracts a non-standard rate, your shopping basket will indicate this in the delivery description and at that point as a £0 cost. This means that we will discuss the different shipping options with you and agree between us the best carrier and service based on your needs and arrange payment. You are more than welcome to contact us to discuss your order prior to submitting your order through our site.

Damaged Items

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, make sure it's noted on the courier's paperwork. If you notice after the courier has left, you must inform us within a 24 hour period. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after this time, unless signed for as damaged or missing. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit.

It is your responsibility to check the Products upon delivery. Upon receipt of your Order you will be asked to sign for the Products confirming receipt in good condition. If the Products do not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “unchecked”. Failure to do so may affect claims you make thereafter.

Returns and Cancellations

For consumers and retail customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you (the consumer) have the right to cancel your order for unpersonalised goods within 14 days of receiving your products, from the moment that you place an order. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back us at our trading address of 66 Eastern Way, Bury St. Edmunds, IP32 7AB.

For personalised goods, you can cancel your order at any time prior to the goods being made though there may be a cancellation charge equivalent to any artwork services or additional charges already incurred by MAJIsign Ltd.

We will only accept the return of personalised goods if they are damaged or faulty. If the product arrives to you damaged or faulty in any way, this must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. To avoid uncertainty we request that notification is made via telephone or email. 

A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

You must contact us to make us aware of your decision to cancel. You can do this through email, telephone or by letter. In the event of cancellation, the goods must be returned (as new) at your own expense. If required MAJIsign Ltd can arrange for the goods to be collected and the cost will be returned from the refund total.

For Businesses and Traders
