Correx is the lightest and cheapest rigid sign material, but it is still weatherproof and suitable for temporary outdoor use. Correx signs are also known as corrugated plastic signs, fluted plastic signs and corrugated polypropylene signs.
Correx is a popular material for signage because it’s cost-effective and extremely lightweight with a very good strength-to-weight ratio.
Correx is often used for estate agent “for sale” and “to let” signs but it can also be used for all kinds of indoor and temporary outdoor signage such as building site boards, event graphics, temporary road signs and advertising. Customers needing estate agent “for sale” or “to let” signs often purchase two of the same sign to mount on either side of a wooden post.
Correx can be screwed using normal wood screws but we recommend using large washers to avoid the screw heads being pulled through the board.
