How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery costs vary depending on the product whch is ordered. You will see a delivery price in the checkout prior to completing your purchase. 

What is the delivery turnaround time?

We operate on a standard 3-5 working day turnaround on stock items. However if you require an item urgently then please contact us as we may be able to do it quicker for you. For bespoke items please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be completed. 

Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to both UK and international addresses. However there is an additional carriage charge for international orders which is why it is not possible to offer this service through our website. Please contact us on 01284 724980 should you require a quote. 

How do I amend or cancel my order?

How do I clean my A-Board chalkboard?

All of our A-Boards and Chalkboards are easy to clean. We recommend either using our Chalkboard cleaning pen, Cilit Bang Grease and Sparkle or Cif Oven Cleaner which will easily clean the chalkboard surface when applied using a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaners as they will damage the surface of the chalkboard.

Can I get custom osters made for my A-Board?

Absolutely! We run our own print department and we’re able to design and print posters for you. We print onto waterproof vinyl for the ultimate in durability. The vinyl is thin and much like a thick paper. The difference is that it can with stand rain and uses UV stable ink that won’t fade. Our A-Boards that feature a snap frame will require posters in ISO formats. We’ll print and finish your posters so they reach you in perfect condition. Even without the purchase of an A-Board we’ll gladly design for free and print your posters for any existing A-Boards, snap frames and poster displays.

Tell me about how quickly I can get my products!

We use overnight, next day couriers to deliver your products. They’re especially aware of how best to handle large and heavy A-Boards. They also carry smaller items and print tubes, too. After you have approved your artwork, the item is printed and sent to you. We are able to send large volume orders to multiple addresses – this is especially useful if you are resposnbile for multiple pubs, bar and branches. We also deliver internationally. In this case, it’s best to contact us directly so we can secure the very best shipping rates for you.

I’ve heard about easy-wipe and dry-wipe chalkboards – are they the best option for a chalkboard finish?

Majisign manufactures beautifully finished chalkboards. The finish of the blackboard is formulated to ensure that:

• It can withstand exposure to the weather
• Chalk and liquid chalkpen adheres well
• Existing art and writing can be removed easily
• Crucially – no ghosting or staining!
