Has my order been processed successfully?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email from our website. This is normally sent within a few minutes.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder first. If it’s still missing, give our friendly team a call on 01284 724980 and we’ll be happy to help.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 5:00pm

You can email us at any time or leave us a voicemail outside of office hours. We’ll respond as soon as possible on the next working day.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges vary depending on the products you’ve ordered.

Your delivery cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery for smaller items starts from £8.50 + VAT.

How long will my order take?

Our standard lead time for stock items is approximately 5 working days.

Bespoke, personalised and made to order products typically take 10 to 14 working days.

Need something sooner? Please get in touch. We regularly accommodate urgent orders wherever production allows.

If your order is likely to take longer than expected, we’ll always let you know.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Mainland UK as well as internationally.

International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, so these orders cannot currently be placed through our website.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 01284 724980.

We’ll always do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once production has started.

How do I clean my chalkboard?

Our chalkboards are designed to be easy to maintain.

For the best results, we recommend using:

  • Our Chalkboard Cleaning Pen
  • Cillit Bang Grease & Sparkle
  • Cif Oven Cleaner

Apply using a soft damp cloth.

Please avoid abrasive cloths, scouring pads or harsh cleaners, as these may damage the chalkboard surface.

Can you print custom posters for my A Board?

Yes.

We have our own in house print department, allowing us to design and print high quality replacement posters for your A Board, snap frame or poster display.

Our posters are printed onto waterproof vinyl using UV stable inks that resist fading, making them ideal for outdoor use.

We’ll print, trim and package your posters carefully so they arrive ready to install.

Even if you didn’t buy your A Board from us, we’re happy to help with replacement poster printing.

Many of our products also include our complimentary artwork service, helping you achieve a professional looking design at no extra cost.

How quickly can you deliver my order?

We use trusted overnight courier services to dispatch orders once production has been completed.

Please note: Next day delivery refers to the courier service, not the manufacturing lead time.

Once your order has been produced and any artwork approved, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using a reliable courier experienced in transporting large signs and fragile display products.

We can also deliver large orders to multiple locations across the UK and arrange international shipping where required.

Are easy wipe or dry wipe chalkboards the best option?

Our chalkboards are manufactured using a specially developed surface designed specifically for commercial use.

The finish has been engineered to:

  • Perform well outdoors
  • Accept both traditional chalk and liquid chalk pens
  • Wipe clean easily
  • Resist ghosting and staining
  • Eliminate the need for regular repainting

We manufacture our own chalkboards in a wide range of standard sizes including A4, A3, A2 and A1, as well as completely bespoke sizes and shapes.
