Please note that delivery options apply after any lead times displayed on the products you purchase.

Some courier deliveries may be subject to delays outside our control. Please ensure you deliver to an occupied address, as drivers will be unable to leave in a safe space.

Couriers will not re-attempt delivery if the property is unattended, but will leave a card informing you of the next steps. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Fast Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Order Cut-off – Orders must be placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) to qualify for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
  2. Working Days – Lead times and delivery estimates are based on working days only and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
  3. Stock Availability – Delivery times are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering.
  4. Artwork Approval – For products requiring artwork, lead times commence once final artwork has been approved in writing.
  5. Lead Times – Our delivery commitments apply once the quoted production lead times have been met.
  6. Payment – Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
  7. Delivery Service – We use a next-day delivery service for the majority of UK orders. Please note that some locations (e.g. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may not be eligible for next-day delivery and may require additional time.
  8. Courier Responsibility – Once goods are collected by the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party services.
  9. Partial Orders – Where an order contains multiple items, we may dispatch goods in separate shipments unless otherwise agreed.
  10. Custom & Bespoke Products – Bespoke, personalised, or bulk orders may require extended lead times beyond our standard delivery service.
  11. Exclusions – Delivery estimates may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, extreme weather, strikes).

We always use a next-day service; however, due to courier limitations such as location (Highlands, Islands, etc.), delivery may take longer.

International Shipments: We are unable to ship internationally through the website. Please call 01284 724980 to discuss your options with the Maji Signs UK team.

Bulk Orders: Larger or bulk orders may be palletised for delivery. We will endeavour to inform you prior to shipping if this is required.

Weekend Delivery: Not available through the website. Please call 01284 724980 to discuss upgrade options.

Phone Order Deliveries: Minimum delivery fee is £12.50 + VAT on most orders. Costs may vary depending on location, parcel size, and weight.
