Delivery Information

We manufacture our products in-house, allowing us to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently. Once your quoted production lead time has been completed, your order is shipped using a trusted next working day courier service for the majority of UK mainland deliveries.

We use a next working day courier service as our standard delivery method. *

Delivery Details

⏰ Order Cut Off

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are processed the same working day where stock and production schedules allow.

📅 Working Days

Lead times and delivery estimates are based on working days only and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

🎨 Artwork Approval

Where artwork is required, production begins once final artwork has been approved in writing.

💳 Payment

Orders must be paid in full before production or dispatch.

🚚 Free Website Delivery

Free UK mainland delivery is available on website orders over £150.

📦 Courier Service

Standard deliveries are sent using a next working day courier service. Premium timed or Saturday deliveries are available on request and are not available through the website.

📍Remote Areas

Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote postcodes may require additional delivery time.

🏠 Delivery Address

Please ensure somebody is available to receive your order. Couriers are generally unable to leave parcels in a safe place and may not automatically reattempt delivery.

📦 Bulk Orders

Larger orders may be palletised for delivery. We will advise you before dispatch where this applies.

📋 Split Shipments

Where appropriate, orders containing multiple products may be dispatched separately to avoid unnecessary delays.

🌍 International Orders

Website orders are available for UK delivery only. Please contact our sales team for international delivery quotations.

☎️ Telephone Orders

Telephone and email orders are subject to a minimum delivery charge of £8.00 + VAT. Charges vary depending on parcel size, weight and destination.

Please note: Delivery options apply after any production lead times have been met. Delivery times quoted by Majisign are estimates only and begin once goods have been dispatched. Once your order has been collected by the courier, transit times are outside our control and we cannot accept liability for delays caused by third party courier services, severe weather, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

* This refers to the courier service used after production has been completed and is not a guarantee that your order will arrive the next day after purchase. Production lead times vary and you will be informed of the timescale ahead of any order be accepted or completed.

Whilst the vast majority of parcels arrive the following working day, courier delays, severe weather, peak periods and deliveries to remote locations such as the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may require additional transit time.
